YashAkasha grew up in Boston, MA to a family of poetic Jewish immigrants, dissidents, and progressive thinkers. Exposed to woke Hip Hop culture early on, he fell in love with how it spoke directly to his free-spirited nature. As an Emcee, YashAkasha receives and manifests creative visions that bring people together to celebrate peace, love, unity, and joy. He's continued to study rhymes since 1996
